Returns & Exchange
The apparels can be exchanged from the stores within 15 days from date of purchase. Please keep in mind that the product should be unused with price tag, all the labels and the invoice attached. Please note that the product will only be exchanged or refunded if there is any manufacturing defect, other than that we don’t offer any exchanging policy. You can contact us by emailing the images of the defected product on our official email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our customer service on +92 311 1166600. After reviewing your claim, the product will be exchanged with same price product or amount would be refunded.
We issue refunding or on certain scenarios, in case the item or product is faulty or there is any manufacturing defect, other than that we don’t offer any refunding policy or guarantying any money back. The amount will be refunded on the same credit card, from which the product was bought. Please allow one to two weeks for the returning process.
You can also cancel your order online even after the order is processed but once the order is shipped it can only be applying the “Return & Exchange Policy”. The orders can be cancelled by Cnari if a problem like out of stock, credit card rejected occurs.
